BTNFITNESS PROGRAMS

BTNFITNESS -Functional Fitness: XtremeFit-

6 Days per Week

BTNFITNES is taking your fitness to the next level! XtremeFit is a class that will train your body to move the way that it was meant to move. This class will develop strength/endurance, power, agility, stamina, and explosiveness while gaining cardiovascular endurance and shredding body fat. Our group atmosphere creates an environment that promotes an individuals highest level of fitness within a community. Athletes in this class will be using a variety of equipment which will vary constantly. Athletes will use kettle bells, jump ropes, barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, pull up bars, and rings. Also being used will be power objects including tractor tires, power sleds, sledge hammers, and other odd objects. 
Monday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:00pm
Tuesday: 5:30am, 6:30am, OPEN GYM: 6pm
Wednesday: 5:30am, 6:30am 7:00pm
Thursday: 5:30am, 6:30am, OPEN GYM: 6pm
Friday: 5:30am, 6:30am 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am

 Body Transformation Boot Camp- program designed for those who are looking for assistance with weight management, and fitness guidance. Boot Camp is your beginning and intermediate level program  that consists of interval training with strength and bodyweight exercise designed to ease you into a more fit way of living!  This is an excellent program for those who need a jump start back into fitness, for those who have not been exposed to healthy practices and those ready to get shredded....Get Fired up!


Monday Wednseday and Friday: 5am, 6pm.

Saturday: 8am

Body Bar-

Core strength and conditioning class that utilizes a 4 foot padded bar ranging from 6-18 lbs. Join this 1 hour class and sculpt and tone away to fun upbeat music!


Tuesday/ Thursday: 5am, 6pm

Saturday: 7am

Yoga-

An original vinyasa flow class which uses all sides of the mat. Incorporated are arm balances and inversions throughout the class and options to take childs pose or a modification. No two classes are the same and are based upon the mood of the room. Strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness are the focuses of this amazing class!


Tuesday/ Thursday: 7pm
